Customer Success Manager – SaaS platform – 4135
Our exclusive client, a fast growing US Technology company developing a next generation SaaS platform used by global clients such as Spotify, Dropbox and Pinterest, has recently set up operations in Dublin as part of their strategic plan to expand their global team.
They are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience working with international software companies. This is a newly created role that will take ownership of the relationship with a growing base of European and worldwide customers from varied industries. In this role, you will own the day-to-day tasks while maintaining and building strong, long-term relationships with Enterprise-level customers through meetings, phone & video conferences as well as showcasing new features where applicable that would benefit the customer.
What you need
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a B2B software product environment
- proven track record in Customer Success / Customer Satisfaction when working with both large enterprise customers and start-ups
- experience managing complex projects and passion for technology
- project management and presentation skills
- excellent communication skills and customer focus
- highly motivated and passionate about your work
- ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- ability to travel internationally (mostly EU) ~20% of the time
- extra points for experience in localization projects and SaaS solutions
